Inquiries and proposals

Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding agreement. A booking is confirmed only once a signed proposal and any required deposit have been received.

Pricing and payment

All pricing is provided in writing within a proposal. Floral availability and market pricing can vary by season; final designs may be adjusted to deliver the agreed look and quality.

Changes and cancellations

Change and cancellation terms are set out in your individual proposal. Deposits secure your date and are generally non-refundable.

Photography and portfolio use

Flowermaid may photograph completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
